Greetings by Truth 256

Rising Ugandan Hip Hop artist Truth 256 has released a brand-new single titled Greetings,” a thought-provoking track that blends gratitude, reflection, and a call to action aimed at Uganda’s power players.

The release comes just days after the rapper real name Yahya Nsenge delivered a standout performance at University Inn in Mbarara, where he pulled in an enthusiastic crowd and showcased his lyrical finesse.

A Message to the Bossmen and Chairmen

In Greetings,” Truth 256 uses his signature blend of Runyankore, Luganda, and English to pose critical questions to the country’s leaders and decision-makers. With the line Boss men, what’s the plan? and Chairmen, kiri kitya?, he directly addresses those in positions of influence, asking them to share their vision for the people they serve.

Far from being confrontational, the song is introspective and layered. It conveys both concern and hope, reflecting the reality many young Ugandans face while still believing in the possibility of positive change.
